Weekend Receptionist


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Serving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
  • Continuously providing exceptional customer service in all areas of job performance.
  • Answering the phone, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls to appropriate person/department.
  • Receiving and sorting daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
  • Responsible for the coordination of the company “Lost & Found” program.
  • Coordination and assistance with selected office administrative tasks, such as updating and maintaining databases, tracking systems, and general administrative task completion.


Minimum Required Skills and Competencies:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency with general computer skills and programs including but not limited to Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Publisher, Power Point) and Microsoft Outlook
  • Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Must be available to work weekends
  • Must have a positive attitude, demonstrate strong organizational skills, be able to multitask, have excellent time management skills, and consistently deliver exceptional customer service


Desired Skills and Competencies:

  • Previous experience working within an office setting, managing a high call volume phone system, and customer service experience


Physically you can anticipate to:

  • Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally
  • Exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs, and sit most of the time
  • Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentation
