POSITION DUTIES The main purpose of this position is to sell Maryland as a premier travel destination according to the Office of Tourism Development’s (OTD) Annual Marketing and Development Plan. The purpose is accomplished through high-quality customer service, dissemination of product knowledge and executing Welcome Center (WC) operational duties.
