Ribbon Cutting Ceremony: Karen Lockhart

The Garrett County Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with Garrett County Department of Business Development, will be holding a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the grand opening of Karen Lockhart's new Oakland studio.

Karen's studio offers therapeutic massage, customized skin care treatments, electrolysis and clinical hypnotherapy.
