Oktoberfest presented by Grantsville Lions Club

Join us for our 5th annual Oktoberfest celebration. Enjoy the best authentic German food this side of Bavaria, as our chefs will cook up delicious bratwurst, knockwurst, frikadellen, schwenkbraten. German potato salad, sauerkraut, spaetzel, Bavarian schinkenbrot, soft pretzels, homemade pumpkin roll, apple cider donuts, and more! Test your skills in the stein hoist, keg toss, and other contests. Wear your lederhosen or dirndl and dance to the festive sounds of the Garrett County Oompah band and the Wurst Band out of Morgantown, WV. Gift cards to local restaurants will be given to the winners of the contests and best dressed, and authentic German beer steins will be awarded to the stein hoist victors! And of course, there will be the finest local beers brought to you by Dig Deep Brewing, Screech Owl Brewing, High Ground Brewing, and more, as well as German imports.

Fun for the whole family, as JTF will have their games on hand for kids and adults alike, and the A&E district will once again have the popular scarecrow-making station. Come out and enjoy this authentic festival and help us help our community!
