Yoga, Wine, and Chocolate Pairing

Indulge in some guilt free sips and deep flowing stretches by the fire as we guide you through this hour of candlelight yoga, wine, and chocolate pairing! We are teaming up with the Art and Wine Festival this year to bring you a one of a kind sensational experience! We will begin the class with gourmet chocolate sampling, gentle breathing, connecting to the body, and then flowing into our slow paced, gently-heated yoga practice. As shavasana (our final resting pose) commences, complimentary glasses of your choice of wine will be served and we will hold a 10min seated sip and sound sensation meditation. Light gourmet snacks and social hour to follow! Connect with your community and kick off your art and wine festivities a day early!
