Yoga and Mindfulness

Program focuses on centering oneself and being in the present, and will be presented by Sue McQuaid, Yoga Instructor. Registration is mandatory, as space is limited to 20 due to the size of the room. Participants must bring their own yoga mat and pencil and paper.
