Wilton Candy Making

Bonnie Goebel, Wilton instructor, will be teaching the course and one will be taught how to melt and store chocolate candies as well as the use and care of candy molds. Goebel will use Wilton?s easy-melting Candy Melts® and detailed molds to demonstrate. She will show students how to make molded and dipped chocolates, including chocolate covered cherries, peanut butter cups, painted suckers, and packaging of one?s own goodies. Students will also learn the proper techniques on how to make barks with the various crunches and other goodie ideas for any upcoming holiday. After the demonstration, students will make their own candy to take home with the recipes.
