Western Maryland Lean Conference
The Western Maryland Lean Conference on principles of Lean management slated at Garrett College on Tuesday, March 19, from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. This workshop is offered in cooperation with the Garrett-Allegany Lean Forum. The main focus of Lean is to maximize customer value and minimize waste. Goals of the process include reducing human effort, time, and expense while increasing quality.
