Celebrate fall! Get your tickets for the 8th annual Barn Dance & Silent Auction Fundraiser Saturday 9/17, 5-9pm at  Sang Hill Farms in McHenry. This fun, fall evening offers dinner by Harvest Moon Market, dancing to the sounds of DJ Scott Beitzel and Horse Drawn Carriage Rides by Pleasant Valley Dream Rides, A beer and wine tent is available as well as our famous Silent Auction! Tickets are being sold in advance ONLY this year (no walk-ins) and we wi...ll sell out! Sponsorships are also available and come with tickets to the event. This is the biggest fundraiser of the year for local non-profit Garrett Mentors, Inc, We are committed to providing the Pre-kindergarten through grade five children in the Garrett County Public Schools with caring, committed, adult mentors. Our volunteer mentors are adults of all ages who serve as positive role models to children with various needs and backgrounds.Mentors meet with the child they are matched with once a week during the child’s lunchtime at the child’s school. We also provide our children and their mentors with several out-of-school bonding experiences throughout the year.
