Teaming: Building Collaboration

The information explosion and the speed of change have conspired to enhance the need for teaming in the workplace today. The concept that two heads are better than one is true so long as the two can increase productivity and problem solving as a result of shared learning. The knowledge environment and technology are changing the operation of a business in the marketplace. Teaming is being redefined as a tool to assist companies and organizations in remaining on the cutting edge of performance. This course is an introduction to a new mindset for productivity in the workplace.
