Road to Recovery Informational Meeting

When cancer patients don?t have transportation, it limits their few options for completing their treatment. Many have no way to get to the daily or weekly treatment over a period of months. Although family and friends may be able to help, there may be many times when they?re not available. Road To Recovery provides a free transportation option for patients in this situation. The American Cancer Society is seeking volunteers to drive patients two and from treatment. They will be holding a 30 minute information session, followed by a one hour training for those interested in staying and being trained on the spot.
