Maryland Handgun Qualification License Sponsored by Master Craft Printers LLC

Maryland Handgun Qualification License Class will be held in Oakland on April 28th, 8am to noon.

Class includes instruction on safe handling of handguns, state firearm law, and home firearm safety.

All students must have eye and ear protection.

This class is the training required to apply for the Maryland Handgun Qualification License (HQL). There will be a live fire component help about 3.5 miles away on our range at the end of the class.

Cost for the class is $35 per student.

$35 per student for the class. Good to apply with in 3 years.

Fingerprinting at the four house $55
Application fee online to the state: $50

We only do the class portion, and you can choose when you want to be fingerprinted and apply at a later time.
