Library Fun at 'Trunk or Treat'

Bring your kids for safe, free fun at the Garrett County Fairgrounds parking lot during "Trunk or Treat"! The Ruth Enlow Library will join other partners of the Judy Center, offering a van trunk full of spook-tacular fun. We'll have book-related items and goodies.
