Come shake what your mama gave ya' with your best friends and ladies from the community in a fun, safe, carefree, and judgement free movement class! We will be breaking down some basic twerk principals, moving across the floor with dancehall movement, learning a small choreography piece and finishing off the class with a tribal style dance circle!
