Beer Pairing Dinner at Mountain State

In celebration of American CraftBeer Week! The dinner will be held on Tuesday May 15th, with seating at 6pm. There is a fixed price of $30 per person, and reservations are required! 
1st Course: 
Mozzarella Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms, and Balsamic Marinade
Paired with: Cold Trail Ale

2nd Course:
Chilled Avocado Soup with Ancho Cream

Gazpacho Salad
Paired with: Seneca Indian Pale Ale

3rd Course:
House Sangria Glazed Native Trout, Stuffed w/Sausage Rice. Side of Vegetable Angel Hair Pasta
Paired with: “Almost Heaven” Amber Ale
OR
Black & Tan Pork Chops w/Honey Roasted Tomatoes and Sweet Potato Fries
Paired with: Rumsey Rock Porter

4th Course:
House Root Beer Cake
Paired with: Miners Daughter Stout

***Dinner will be served with beer made bread, and smoked Gouda.
