Alright Ladies! Whether you are happy or sad to have your littles back in school- we are CELEBRATING!
For the month of September, our focus is on women in our community uniting around the health and wellness of your whole family! Come to our beautiful studio this Friday, 8/30 for an evening of fun, movement, laughs, and socializing. We will begin with a fun introductory (beginner) yoga and dance fusion class, followed with a social hour Q&A to answer any questions about upcoming classes, events, website sign-ups, packages, studio policies, and our NEW youth yoga and total family wellness programs! We are here to help guide you and your littles on a journey to being whole-life-fit!
EVENT IS ONLY $15 and includes a movement class, healthy snacks and drinks, and free additional resources for keeping your family healthy, happy, and balanced this school year!
All ladies (non moms as well) are welcome!
