Free for everyone! Come enjoy the swimming pools at the CARC, a hands-on art activity with the Garrett Arts Council, Emergency Vehicle Displays, Scales and Tails, Kindermusik, Candy Drop and much more. Free hot dogs, hamburgers, chips, soft drinks and cake served at noon* while enjoying a live performance by the Garrett Highland Pipes & Drums.
